Job Title: SEMH & SEN Support\nLocation: Hull and Surrounding Areas\nSalary: £100 - £115 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)\n\nAre you passionate about supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you enjoy working flexibly while making a real impact in the classroom?\n\nWe're looking for caring, committed and adaptable SEMH/SEN Support Staff to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a supply basis, with a mix of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements available - tailored to your availability and preferences.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nProviding 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and/or broader SEN needs\nSupporting behaviour, emotional regulation, communication and access to learning\nWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to deliver tailored support\nEncouraging positive relationships, confidence and independence in pupilsWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience supporting children with SEMH and/or SEN, ideally within a school or care setting\nA patient, empathetic and proactive approach to behaviour and emotional support\nAbility to adapt and respond to the needs of different pupils and settings\nA relevant qualification (e.g.
