We're recruiting for aPorterto joinouron-siteteam, working during the day to help ensure the developmentremainssafe,well-presentedand welcomingfor residents and visitors.

This is a visible,service-focusedrole where you'll support site security, carry out health and safety checks, assist residents when needed and work closely with the House Manager, cleaning teams and wider operations colleagues to ensure smoothday-to-dayrunning of the site.

Rota

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm( 4hours perday )

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Supportingday-to-daysite securityand monitoring access asrequired
  • Assistingwithhealth and safety compliance checksacross the development
  • Being a visible presence on site andassistingresidents and visitors when needed
  • Supporting theon-sitecleaning team withadditionaltasks as directed
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensureaccurateinformation sharing
  • Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in line with procedures
  • Contributing to apositive, professional customer experienceacross the development

Whatwe'relooking for

Essential

  • Experience working in aservice-ledenvironment
  • Experience in a role involvingsite security or building monitoring
  • Emergency First Aidqualification (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

  • Experience working in acustomer-facing,on-siterole
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of IT systems
