Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

Our client a government-funded, independent body that provides free, impartial legal advice on residential leasehold and park home law are going through an exciting period of change, who are looking to bring on an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support their team on a circa 9-month fixed-term contract.


9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - must be available immediatly


This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of HR activity in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


The role:

You’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of HR, including:

  • Maintaining HR records and updating the HRIS
  • Coordinating onboarding and leavers
  • Tracking probations and supporting recruitment processes
  • Supporting performance review and learning & development administration
  • Arranging meetings, taking notes, and maintaining trackers/logs


What they’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A hands-on, reliable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities


This is a busy, operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team and ensuring processes run smoothly and consistently.
