We are really excited to be working on this new recruitment for this leading UK law firm for their sizeable and very successful tier 1 rated Employment Law team, based here in their amazing new Bristol offices which offer a very impressive and rewarding working environment !

Their needs in the team at the moment are ideally around the 3-7yrs PQE mark, so at both Associate and up to early Senior Associate level, but they are fairly open-minded and can certainly look at existing Senior Associate level candidates as well, perhaps if you’re already Bristol based and working in a leading Employment Law team and now feel you need a change and completely new challenge at this point in your career.

The work offers genuine variety, both contentious and non-contentious, and both public sector and private sector (including for blue-chip household name commercial clients). You will work closely alongside a number of very experienced and high energy, ambitious and well-connected Partners, so the opportunities for career progression within the wider department are excellent (as well as the opportunities for client secondments to perhaps gain 'in-house' experience and exposure).

Hybrid-working is available as standard (3 days a week from home if desired), and there is both a very competitive base salary (minimum c.£80,000+) as well as a market-leading and very attractive bonus structure on offer.
