If you start your journey with us between August 4th and August 22nd, you'll kick off your training and initial deliveries from our Dordon site. But mark your calendars, because by August 25th, all training and deliveries will transition to our brand-new Nottingham site!\n\nWorried about the change of scenery? Don't be!

Our incredible training team will equip you with all the skills you need to become a Local Legend.\n\nHowever, it goes without saying you will need some essentials…\n\nFull UK or EU driving licence.\n\nMinimum of 12 months driving experience\n\nMaximum of 6 penalty points.\n\nNo driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.\n\nSome deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.\n\nAs this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills and the ability to deliver joy to our customers goes without saying.\n\nHow to apply: \n\nFill in an online application - there is no CV needed!\n\nOur friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. \n\nYou will be invited to find out more about the role, either through a site tour in Dordon or Nottingham after 25/08/2025.\n\nWe will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS).\n\nOnce all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!\n\n Contract Type: Permanent\n\nContract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)\n\nContracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.\n\nShifts: AM & PM.

You may start as early as 05:00 in the morning and can finish as late as midnight. Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.\n\nPay Structure: The position is lunar paid.

This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
