We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team in Essex.
\n

Youll play a key part in ensuring service users receive safe, effective care while also supporting and developing care staff across the community.
\n
What Youll Be Doing
\n
\n - Coordinate and manage care staff rotas efficiently using electronic rostering systems.
\n - Ensure all care visits are covered and respond promptly to emergency changes.
\n - Responding to safeguarding concerns and service issues
\n - Conduct spot checks, competency assessments, and quality assurance visits.
\n - Liaise with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
\n - Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed.
\n - Maintain compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
\n - Participate in the on-call rota as required.
\n

What Were Looking For
\n
\n - NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
\n - Minimum 3 years experience of Care Coordinator of Senior Care Coordinator.
\n - Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
\n - Confident communicator with good organisational skills
\n - Ability to work independently and handle a varied workload
\n - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
\n - Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
